DDR5 RCD Signal Integrity Test Card

A versatile DIMM test card focused on RCD and Data Buffer Signal Integrity (SI) measurement. Provides high impedance oscilloscope probing access to QA_A, QB_A, QA_B, QB_B and BCOMM outputs of the RCD under test, as well as DQ[S] and MDQ[s] outputs of Data Buffers. RCD SI test cards are compatible with Astek’s A9-CTC2.
