FAQ:
Q: Can I try the driver before I purchase it?
A: Yes, simply download the driver and install it, and plug in an LSISAS92XX family controller card. You will be able to access only one disk until a valid license code has been installed on your system.
Q: I can only see one disk drive attached no matter how many disks I plug in?
A: You are operating in "demo" mode, either your license key is corrupted, or you are attempting to use a Product Activation Code (PAC) for different card. Run the AstekActivationRequest.app utility included in the installer package to request the correct PAC for your card. Please add a note in the generated email to let us know that you are re-requesting an existing license file.
Q: I have a question not answered here... HELP!!!
A: Please contact our support staff at support AT astekcorp.com, or phone us 9am to 5pm (US Mountain time zone) Monday through Friday at +1 (719) 260-1625. Please note, email is the fastest way to get support at this time.
